Damian MacNair


Damian has a broad range of experience in most general practice sectors including valuations, management, sales and acquisitions, dilapidations and compulsory purchase in both private and public positions. Personal experience in small scale property development.

His valuation experience is of residential properties including rental and capital, Right to Buy, leasehold and freehold enfranchisement, and development appraisals. Damian specialises in commercial valuations for private and public clients including retail, commercial, industrial and utility. Additionally, he does asset valuations for local authorities and compulsory purchase. His expertise extends to general management of residential and commercial properties including lettings, rent reviews, parking control, dilapidations, repairs and maintenance, insurance reinstatement and valuations, to name a few. Compulsory purchase work for local authority schemes and individual properties. Work for the Public Guardianship Office.

Personal experience in acquiring and converting, restoring and managing individual properties, including all aspects of the planning process and “hands on” building work.
