This instruction was secured during the early refurbishment phases of this scheme which was planned to provide significant industrial spaces aimed at B1 users migrating out of the M25 band.
The estate comprises of circa 75,000 sq ft of Industrial and Office space. Of which, roughly 90% is industrial. The Office space is arranged over the ground and first floors to the front of the estate (pictured above).

The disposition and inflated value of industrial stock throughout London has seen many businesses look to relocate. In particular many firms have relocated north of the M25, where many substantial industrial locations still exist.
