Project Summary

Strettons provided RICS Red Book valuations in the form of individual market values of 79 private tenure flats within a later phase of the scheme to help establish the asking prices before the release of the flats to the market.

We had in recent years provided valuation advice to assist with the marketing of the shared ownership tenure flats.

This phase of the scheme was under construction and when the phased development is completed will comprise blocks ranging in height from 3 – 20 storeys and will provide a total of 557 residential units of which 171 are to be affordable tenure, as well as some 6,220 sq m of B1 Office space, 490 sq m of flexible A1/A2/A3/A4 space, with associated landscaping, highways and infrastructure works.

The first phases have been completed and comprised 259 flats in a mix of 128 private, 91 affordable rent and 40 shared ownership tenures.

This latest phase will comprise a total of 151 residential units in a mix of private and affordable tenures. The subject private tenure flats comprise a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flat types.
