Project Summary

Strettons provided RICS Red Book valuations in the form of individual Market Values (notional 100% equity share) of both private and shared ownership tenure flats. This was within the completed scheme to establish the asking prices before the release of the flats to the market. 

From April 2015 until mid-2016, we advised on the Market Value of the newly built flats prior to the marketing of the flats for sale.

Our detailed research and expert analysis of the private sale and shared ownership evidence enabled the accurate valuation of the flats.

 

‘Roneo Corner’’ is a new 2 phase residential development comprising two high rise blocks containing a total of 141 flats in a mix of private and affordable tenure housing.

The first phase comprised a 9 storey block containing a t 93 flats in a mix of affordable tenure housing (37 x shared ownership tenure & 56 x social/affordable rent tenure housing).

The second phase comprised a 9 storey block containing 48 private tenure flats.  

The flats ranged from 1 to 3 bedroom types with on-site car parking.
