Strettons was instructed to let a single fronted mid-terrace building in the centre of Wanstead. Wanstead is located within the London Borough of Redbridge, approximately 5 miles northeast of Central London.

The premises is situated in the heart of this sought after location popular with upmarket occupiers including cafes/sandwich bars, boutiques, galleries, restaurants and hair salons.

Well-known names include Greggs, Costa, Starbucks and Majestic Wine as well as The Manor House and other recognised and independent occupiers.

The property was a single fronted mid-terrace building comprising of retail premises over ground floor area.

The shop was arranged as predominately open plan accommodation, although it has been partitioned to the rear to create storage/office areas and a WC. There was also parking and a loading to the rear of the building.
