The combination of our agency, auction and residential valuation and advisory teams allows us to offer comprehensive advice on all aspects of the pre-marketing and disposal process. We often work as part of a larger multi-disciplinary professional team coordinating initial architectural scoping and town planning advice, pre-application submissions and where pursued, providing client guidance through the planning process.
Our development consultancy team can provide further valuation support, including advice in connection with affordable housing requirements, other Section 106 obligations as well as viability considerations.
