Selling two mixed use residential and retail investments in East Ham

Two retail units with three-bedroom apartments above, totalling 4,520 sq ft. The client wanted the investment sold on a tight deadline, so we had to ensure proactive marketing to get our timings correct. Due to the climate, we went in at a slightly lower price to generate as much interest as possible and saw an abundance of attracted buyers.

We were able to complete the transaction very quickly, reaching well above the asking price.
