Our expertise is advising on substantial residential-led development sites. We work with Registered Providers/Housing Associations, Local Authorities and private developers in the acquisition, valuation, viability and development of new build schemes.
Our team undertakes the valuation of residential units within new developments and also existing stock, including the value of affordable housing and commercial space.
For new build developments, we begin this work from the initial design stage, at various points in the development process, right up to when the units are to be launched to the market. We provide this advice in the form of early market intelligence, assessing the viability of a scheme and RICS Red Book valuations.
Working on behalf of RPs, developers, housebuilders and local authorities, we assist in the disposal and acquisition of development land, as well as whole-of-scheme sales.
On-the-ground expertise, gathered over many years, allows us to offer landowners bespoke advice on planning and evaluation.
