There was a lack of health and safety measures when we took over management, so we promptly carried out property checks, a fire risk assessment and a water and legionella test due to the water tank. 

Our Asset Management team also worked closely with our Commercial Agency team to help lease available space at a competitive rate and reduce the time between occupiers.
