We were instructed to act on behalf of a developer client to negotiate terms to acquire from Workspace Group in an off-market transaction.

 

We introduced, advised, and negotiated the acquisition of the property, a modern, light industrial warehouse of 2,494 sq ft standing on a site of 0.77 acres, benefitting from loading and parking facilities.

 

We successfully acquired the site on behalf of a private client in 2020.
