Aitch Group instructed us to market 60,000 sq ft of creative ‘campus style’ workspace in one of London’s most creative business districts, opposite Hackney Wick station and close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Strettons advised on the early-stage design and layout of the workspaces, which offered high-quality media style finishes with units ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft.

 

We were also instrumental in identifying commercial spaces within the scheme which would benefit from a widening of planning use to include A1 Retail, D Class (Gym, Nursery) and successfully introduced operators for the spaces.

The scheme was well received by the local occupier market with strong uptake from the outset. The Bagel Factory is now home to a range of occupiers, including digital creative studio Powster, The Wick CrossFit and sustainable manufacturing consultancy HSSMI.
