We were instructed to provide a commercial viability report for the development of the large site on Wood Street.

 

Secured by a manual metal gate which leads to a uneven yard, the site is in Walthamstow, accessed across the east side of B160 Wood Street onto a private access road. The site consists of serval containers, open storage yard, derelict warehouses, and a brick-built building. 

 

We set out a view on the existing and future potential for continued commercial use, specifically B1 office and light industrial, B2 general industrial and B8 storage and distribution use.
