Letting 10,000 sq ft industrial building and 1.43 acres of land in Bow

We were instructed to identify an ideal tenant and negotiate a deal for 1.43 acres of open storage land including a 10,000 sq ft secondary building on Gillender Street.

We negotiated the new lease terms with the incumbent occupier Veolia and the land was successfully let in August 2020 with a 20 year lease.

A total rent for £312,000 pa was settled and negotiated for our client, the building was agreed at £10.00 psf and the open storage land at £5.00 psf.
