The client also asked us to look at the building services and space offered and bring them up to 2021 standards.

We continually work with the client’s letting and managing agents to refresh the marketing collateral, refurbish suites and deliver enhancements.

We offer a ‘hands on’ proactive asset management service, which includes supervising letting and managing agents, repositioning buildings in the market and providing clients with realistic rental and value-enhancing advice. We will look at alternatives uses, improving the services and the tenant offer, the existing infrastructure and how this suits modern-day occupational trends.
