We have managed this portfolio for over 40 years on behalf of ten separate property companies under one ownership.

Covering over 100 properties nationwide with a rent roll of £5 million plus, our property management service covers rent review, lease review, valuation and asset management advice, as well as estate planning advice.   

Over the years, we have organised licences to assign, sublet and alter, dealt with tenant and boundary disputes, credit control, service charges, and lease enhancements. We regularly find ways to add capital and rental value by recommending acquisitions, extensions to buildings or lease regears. We work in partnership with the client’s in house estates team to add value and keep the investment portfolio running smoothly.  

We report monthly on arrears and keep credit control tightly monitored.
