We also included a break of 3 months’ notice to vacate at a nominal rent while we identified a relocation property.

We scoured the market both on and off for a suitable yard on a rental basis and eventually agreed on terms.
The sold property comprises a brick-built office, industrial space and studio/workshop with a substantial concrete paved yard area of 0.733 HA (1.810 Acres).
Fund manager Fabrix Capital, which specialises in creating affordable, design-led and sustainable workplaces in London, bought the property for £10.5 million.
