Our team advised the client on openly marketing the property for sale, and subsequently agreed a sale, which included a leaseback of the whole site for a term of 24 months with a rolling tenant only. We also included a break of 3 months’ notice to vacate at a nominal rent while we identified a relocation property.

The sold property comprises a brick-built office, industrial space and studio/workshop with a substantial concrete paved yard area of 0.733 HA (1.810 Acres). 

Fund manager Fabrix Capital, which specialises in creating affordable, design-led and sustainable workplaces in London, bought the property for £10.5 million.
