Marketing and pre-let of new build commercial space to national brand in E16

We achieved a pre-let to Co-operative Food Group Limited on the largest unit, where they took a new 15 lease with a tenant break on the 10th year, and RPI reviews every 5 years. We were able to achieve a strong yield despite the difficult market conditions at the time due to Covid, achieving a net initial yield of 5.5%. 

We were brought in early to advise on the marketing strategy for the commercial units for Unit 1, Atlantis Avenue, a new mixed-use development, with residential on the upper floors and commercial units on the ground floor.
