These units are part of the wider plan to re-develop the Ashley Road industrial estate with residential-led schemes. The project has full planning permission to create 423 residential units and 1,221 sq m/ 13,143 sq ft of commercial space.
The development comprises two buildings with the commercial units situated on the ground floor within Rosa Luxembourg Apartments. Overall, the scheme provides 423 units, 286 of which are private.
The subject units are arranged as follows:
- Ground floor open plan flexible space with glazed frontages
- Double height ceilings (possible potential for a mezzanine level)
- Shell & core with capped services
- Unit 1 265 sq m/2,852 sq ft
- Unit 2 130 sq m/1,400 sq ft
The scheme was still under construction and was due to be completed and handed over at various stages in the upcoming years.
