Since the project's first phase, our team has provided numerous RICS Red Book valuation reports to Peabody to set the marketing values and internal procedures to sell the flats on the open market.
We provided RICS Red Book valuations in individual Market Values (notional 100% equity share) for each flat to establish the asking prices before releasing the flats to the market.
Our knowledge of the local area and property market, plus detailed research and expert analysis of the marketing and private sales evidence within the scheme and in the area, along with shared ownership evidence, enabled us to provide accurate valuations, leading to successful marketing and sales of the flats.
