This new residential-led development by Notting Hill Genesis provides a mix of tenures within buildings up to 9-storeys and 4,844 sq ft/450 sq m of flexible retail (Classes A1-A3) / Office (Class B1) / Non-Residential Institution space on the ground floors.  

Our team provided RICS Red Book valuations in the form of individual Market Values (notional 100% equity share/private) for each flat to establish the asking prices before the release of the flats to the market. Notional Market Value of the shared ownership/shared equity tenure flats was far in excess of £130 Million.
