Andrew Balcombe, FRICS FCIArb
Andrew joined Strettons as a Director in 2019 to work within the Valuation and Advisory team, specialising in both commercial lease advisory work of commercial property and statutory lease extension/freehold purchase work on residential property.
Andrew has many years of experience in lease advisory work, mainly in London and South East England. He worked on all types of commercial property and was appointed to the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Experts handling rent review disputes.
He has also gained considerable experience and expertise in all matters relating to the valuation of residential property for leasehold reform and enfranchisement work.
He is a Registered Valuer and has been a Chartered Surveyor for over 40 years, starting his career with Richard Ellis in 1981. He uses his experience and expertise to handle an extensive and varied range of work.
