Chris is an RICS Registered Valuer with thirty five years of senior level engagement in the real estate consultancy, development and investment fields, allied to extensive business acumen gained across the UK, MENA, Europe and Asia.
He has been actively involved in many of the world’s significant property developments and portfolios and engaged in the most prominent property development and asset management portfolios within the last 25 years, including Hong Kong Land Company, Bovis, Aldar Properties and Prudential Portfolio Managers.
His experience covers Entertainment, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Leisure, Regeneration, Heritage, Regeneration, PPP/PFI development and asset management transactions.
