Peter Costello, BSc MRICS

Peter works in our Valuation and Advisory Services team, with over 10 years’ experience in the industry having joined the company in 2010.

He specialises in the valuation of commercial and residential properties with extensive experience in advising most of the major banks for secured lending purposes as well as private clients for accounts, taxation, development appraisals, S18 dilapidation cases, S119 Charities Act and other purposes.

Peter advises extensively on landlord and tenant matters, representing national retailers throughout East and North London.

He also has considerable experience in providing CPR-compliant expert witness reports in relation to cases of professional negligence and related disputes.

Peter is a Direct of the London Community Credit Union.
