Richard Allen, AIRPM

Having worked in the industry since 1996, Richard is experienced in numerous areas, including administration, filing, town planning, finance, billings, credit control, client accounting and service charges.

During his career, he has worked for Healey & Baker (who then became Cushman & Wakefield) before moving to Nelson Bakewell (who then became NB Real Estate then Capita). Richard gained extensive experience in property management from a commercial, office and retail perspective before moving onto Countrywide, where the property portfolio was residential and service charge. During his time at Countrywide, Richard worked on the legacy team, helping to clear up historic service charge issues and using his Excel skills to help reconstruct them.

Richard has always had an interest in IT, technology, accounts and understands property databases (and the importance of accounting rules and regulations). This, combined with his knowledge of RICS and management accounting, means he can apply his expertise to IT and reporting to our clients.
