Sharon Brandelli, MIRPM AssocRICS MARLA
Sharon is responsible for a team of ten people dealing with both lettings and block management.
The properties range from blocks of 20 to 150 units, from relatively recent developments in North East London and Essex to much older established mansion blocks in Central London. Her clients range from family trusts to resident management companies to third party landlords.
Sharon’s background is in residential management, and she has worked for both small independent and large managing agents. She has gained membership of the IRPM and ARLA and Associate status of the RICS.
