Zita Mann, MARLA

Zita is an Associate Director and is Head of Lettings Management within the Residential Management Department, with a Membership under the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

She has over 12 years of experience in property management and has developed all her knowledge while working for Strettons. Zita has dealt with independent freeholders and large portfolio clients, so understands both prospects.

She ensures the smooth running of tenancies throughout her team and has extensive knowledge of compliance with the ever-changing legislation to maintain the high standard of service provided by our Lettings Management team.

Zita has an excellent understanding of people and always offers well-considered advice to obtain the best results for all clients. She has a practical outlook on issues and provides clients with the confidence their properties are in safe hands.
