Chris Collins

Chris heads both the Commercial and Residential development agency teams from Strettons’ East & North London office and has over 35 years of experience in the sector advising on a diverse range of commercial, residential, hotel and leisure-based schemes.

Notably, Chris has worked for many years with Travelodge as a key agent in their acquisition team. He also acts for a wide range of developers, local authorities and private offices.

He oversees sales, lettings, acquisitions and disposals of a range of office, retail, leisure and development properties throughout East and North London and the Home Counties. He is particularly experienced in dealing with mixed-use developments.

Chris joined Strettons in 1986 as a Commercial Agency Assistant before moving into the Industrial team to widen his agency experience. Since 1990, Chris has been the primary contact for all new commercial agency business for the East & North London office, focusing on office, retail and development agency work.
