Joe Tallis-Chisnall, BSc
Joe works in the Investment team in our City office while assisting our Commercial Agency team with sales and lettings. He also helps with investment and development viability studies and planning policy matters and has previously worked in the Industrial team within Strettons.
Joe typically works on multi-let office and mixed-use portfolios with clients ranging from US private equity firms to private individuals, as well as a range of discreet family offices and property companies.
Before joining Strettons, he undertook work placements at Colliers, and Lambert Smith Hampton in Bristol where he worked with the Capital Markets teams.
Joe graduated with a Real Estate BSc Hons degree from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester in 2017 and is currently working towards obtaining his membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
