Tom Schwier, MSc
Tom Schwier is an Associate Director working within the Commercial Agency team at Strettons. Tom is particularly active in the office and leisure sectors, focusing on disposal projects for clients and developers, including Aitch, Grainger PLC, and Taylor Wimpey. Tom also provides tenant acquisition services, covering a range of commercial sectors.
Before joining Strettons in 2016, Tom worked in the residential and planning advisory sector across Essex and Hertfordshire. Joining Strettons with a Degree in Agriculture and Business Management, Tom balanced work and study, gaining his Masters in Real Estate in 2019 from The University College of Estate Management.
