Neal Matthews, BSc MRICS

Neal has gained a wide range of property experience since joining Strettons in 1999. This experience stretches from day-to-day lettings and sales to Expert Witness work and large-scale development site sales and acquisitions, whether residential or industrial.

He joined Strettons from Henry Butcher, following eight years with the Jones Lang LaSalle research department. Neal has experience in institutional and non-institutional property appraisal, valuation, acquisition and disposal - specialising in industrial properties.

Neal has provided expert development advice to many private sector developers, financial institutions and occupiers, and the public sector. He has been involved in many ex-industrial land sales and acquisitions for residential and industrial developers, acting for both the public and private sectors. Both private and public sectors have called upon his expertise to act as Expert Witness in CPO Tribunals, Planning Inquiries and High Court cases.

He and his team are currently working with many owners and occupier clients in the regeneration of the firm’s geographic heartlands of East and North London.
