
Simon Tilsiter, BSc FRICS RPR
Simon is an experienced property asset manager with an eye for detail and adding value. He has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of property management, auction, agency services and professional valuation advice. Simon is a registered property receiver and a qualified property manager. He brings his skills to bear on client work and in his role as Managing Director.
Simon joined Strettons' Auction Department in 1990 and rose through the ranks, joining the Professional Department in 1993. He worked on lease renewals, rent reviews, compulsory purchase, planning, acquisition advice, valuations, party wall and expert evidence work.
Simon was appointed Director in 1998 and has since led the Management team in property portfolio and asset management, professional work, tendering, and new instructions. Additionally, Simon acts as LPA/Fixed Charge Receiver and works on new ways to develop the business.
In May 2019, Simon was appointed Managing Director and led the firm through the turbulent times brought about by Brexit, a few elections, and Covid19. With a passion for the company and our colleagues, Simon has a clear vision of where the firm is going and is excited to oversee its growth.
